Why we exist

Your time is precious. Your gym wear should earn its place.

The changing-room guesswork. The disappointing fabric. The parcel you still need to return. We know the feeling — and we believe shopping for activewear should be simpler.

We only stock high-quality pieces, and we’re proud of our low return rates. With the right fit and size, our aim is simple: gym wear you love wearing, want to keep and reach for again.

Our story

Built by women. With real life in mind.

Emma started the business in 2019 as Empower Clothing, growing it from a small independent brand and learning directly from the women who wore it. Becoming a mum made the need for comfortable, dependable pieces — and less time wasted shopping — feel even more personal.

Jess was already part of the community as an affiliate and customer. A fitness professional and entrepreneur, she brought her own experience, energy and ideas when she joined Emma in 2024.

Today, we build Elena together. Different perspectives, shared values and a commitment to making women feel supported — in what they wear and in the community around them.
